My Daughter Just Called Me Very Upset Because She Says

My daughter just called me very upset because she says that after she went to the bathroom and wiped herself she noticed a lot of blood on the tissue, in addition when she looked at the toilet bowl there was more blood inside. She says she feels no pain but is in a panic and wants to see her doctor. Should she call her obgyn or primary doctor?
