My Daughter Just Came Back From A Study Abroad Program.

My daughter just came back from a study abroad program. She was in Vietnam , Morocco and Bolivia over the past several months. She had giardia and was treated for it. The last week of her stay in Bolivia she was staying with a family and she had diarrhea . She went to the doctor there and There is confusion because of the language but my daughter said they told her home stay that she had typhoid but the doctor did not tell my daughter that. But they put her on cipro. She flew home yesterday. When she got off the plane her face and hands were visibally swollen and she had a rash. Of dots and lines. She has been urinating frequently and the swelling and rash went away. That was this morning. This evening she ate and took her medicine and now her rash is back. Should I take her to the hospital now or is something that can wait til the morning? My daughter has had a typhoid
