My Daughter Just Left For A Year To Study In

My daughter just left for a year to study in England. She is 20 years old. The English university is asking if she has had the menigitis vaccine: I don't have record of it and since it was not required at our university, we may not have gotten it. BUT, if we did and I can't prove it, they will require another. And so, my question is, will this harm her in any way, to be doubly vaccinated in this span of time? Thank you for your time. +Katy+
