My Daughter Just Received Word Her Pap Smear Was Abnormal

My daughter just received word her pap smear was abnormal and HPV was detected. She also was having a uti at the same time. Could the uti cause the abnormal result? Also she had the HPV vaccine as a young teen. Her Dr wants a biopsy to be preformed. Should she have the biopsy or should another pap smear be preformed to ensure she didn't have a false result from before?
