My Daughter Just Turned 4 And She Has A Small

My daughter just turned 4 and she has a small cat scratch on her face it got a little infected like a little bump and scabed its starting to get better finally i have been putting antibiotic ointment on it it has been over a week but her lymph node in her neck is very swollen now it was a little sore the first few days but she said it does not hurt now she has no other symptoms she has been fine and playing just like always should I take her to the er or wait till monday after christmas when her doctors office is open she has been acting fine just the swelling that im worried about the scratch is getting better slowly
