My Daughter Landed On Her Back A Few Feet From

My daughter landed on her back a few feet from the ground on the play ground. She's not complaining about any pain. But she landed directly on the lower part of her back feet in air head also in air. I'm concerned about any injuries that can happen and be undidectlible right away.
