My Daughter Left Me A Voicemail (we Haven't Spoken In

My daughter left me a voicemail (we haven't spoken in years) which she told me to go to my dr. immediately due to myelosierosis and the test is JAK2. I can't find any information on the first word...do you have any suggestions as to what word she may be referencing and how do I find information on JAK2 and what disorders it pertains to that are close to the first word?
