My Daughter Recently Had I IVF And Implanted 2 Embryos

My daughter recently had I IVF and implanted 2 embryos within 2 days. When she had her blood tested 2 weeks later it read 1.5, not pregnant. She was going to try again on IVF and had to have a blood test first and it now reads 10 but she has her period. They said they will test again in 2 days to see if it goes up which could mean she is pregnant . Can you have your period and be pregnant ?
