My Daughter Recently Returned From Her Second Year Of College.

My daughter recently returned from her second year of college. She has an insatiable thirst, has gain about 20 lbs and she has terrible pains in her abdomen when she eats. She has also started growing very black hair in seemingly male places: chin, neck, breasts. She was an athlete before she left for college ( 2 1/2 hours 6 days a week of swimming) so I am unsure if this would have started earlier and is normal, or if these are symptoms of something I should see a physician for. Please advise.
