My Daughter Repeatedly Looks To The Left With Both Eyes

My daughter repeatedly looks to the left with both eyes generally followed by turning her head in that direction. The best description is that it looks like she has an itchy eye, but can't itch it. She had never done this before about 3 weeks ago. The frequency comes and goes, but she has done it every day in the 3 week time span
