My Daughter Returned Home From Camp Tuesday Evening With Open

My daughter returned home from camp Tuesday evening with open sores, painful oozing clear fluid. Today she appears to have the most discomfort with burning itching and pain. She has history of ecezema. The main areas are in crease of buttocks, behind the knees. There is one that is about 3 centimeters round. It appears to have a center then and the outer layer of the skin in no longer covering. She states she removed the crusted area. Should she see someone at urgent care. I have cleaned the area.
