My Daughter She's 28 Years Old Twice This Has Happened

My daughter she's 28 years old twice this has happened now that she got tiny little red dots on her toes the first time it was only one the second time it was for their there for a few months and then they scab and fall off. She's been to the dermatologist about it and he ran some blood work. I wasn't with her at the time but she said he checked for lupus and Reynards disease and something else that he was a little vague on to her. The blood work all came back negative so now he wants to biopsy the next when she gets. Of course she googled it and came up with cancer and she's freaking out. Not sure if this is related or not but I will add that she has MS what are your thoughts on this . To me it looked like a blood blister like if you pinched your skin and something and got a little blood blister. She said one was a different color and the doctor looked at it and said that must be an old one and she said no it's not it's a newer one.
