My Daughter Sneezes A LOT She Is On Cetrizine For

My daughter sneezes A LOT she is on cetrizine for her allergies...taking 1 pill each night at bedtime ...lately she has been sneezing really hard which is causing her nose to bleed from one nostril ...what can this be? do I need too take her in ..maybe have her adnoids removed ? Please help
