My Daughter Started Having Blood In Her Urine This Afternoon.

My daughter started having blood in her urine this afternoon. At first, she thought her period was 2 weeks early. But there was no blood on her pad just in the urine when she urinated. Then later she has burning when she urinated. Then started having dirraphea. Her temperature is 98.7. Is this a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. She can not see a doctor before Tuesday unless she goes to the emergency roon.
