My Daughter Started Screaming Out Of The Blue And She

My daughter started screaming out of the blue and she didnt have gas she didnt want her bottle she wasnt wet she didnt need to be burped i put her in boncer and when it moved or the swing she start screaming tryed rocking her she started scream loader she start com down when i walked around room with her and she stopped but i dont know id this had do with car accident we were in yesterday... My arm and sholder hurts and is sore
