My Daughter Stopped Going To School And Does Nothing But

My daughter stopped going to school and does nothing but gaming on her computer. I'm lucky if I get get her to the table to eat and come out of her room, she has bad hygiene. She probably takes a shower 1 a month. and when she has her period she bleeds all over and does not clean it off her clothes and still wears them.
