My Daughter Suffered A Concussion 7 Weeks Ago. While Playing

My daughter suffered a concussion 7 weeks ago. While playing softball a foul ball hit her in forehead knocking her off her feet & she also hit the back of her head on the ground. Unfortuanately the coach continued to let her bat, run the bases & pitch. She has had a CT scan & MRI & both were negative. At first had just headache then 2 weeks later right leg began to give out & buckle & now in the last week she has been stuttering. Her headaches have gone down now to being tolerable. Is this just part of the healing process or is there something else that can be done besides rest & patience?
