My Daughter Suffers From Anxiety And Has Panic And Is

My daughter suffers from Anxiety and has panic and is afraid of leaving her apartment and doing things.
She has been on Clonazepam for years currently 2mg per day. Her psychiatrist wants her to use Seroquil (low dose) and wean off Clonazepam.
Is this acceptable?
