My daughter takes a number of different anticonvulsant medications for refractory epilepsy. She has recently started on fycompa. At the same time the small amount (25mg) topamax that she was on was ceased. We have noticed a huge increase in her appetite lately. Not sure if it's the fycompa or ceasing the topamax?
