My Daughter Threw A Book Really Hard And It Hit

My daughter threw a book really hard and it hit the inside of my ankle. There was immediate severe pain that throbbed all the way up to my knee that lasted about 20 minutes but stopped. It was very stiff immediately after but now, about an hour later I can move it and walk on it with discomfort.
