My Daughter Took A Blow To The Side Of Her

My daughter took a blow to the side of her head during a soccer game four weeks ago, she has started having sharp pains that last 20-30 minutes. She has had a constant headache since the hit, but the sharp pains recently started. Is this normal? Her regular doctor put her on concussion protocol, so she hasn't been doing any activities
