My Daughter Took A Fall At School Today. The School

My daughter took a fall at school today. The school nurse said it looked like she busted a blood vessel in her wrist. There is a pea sized bump on her wrist. She said it still had feeling and she can move the hand, but she says it hurts really bad. Should I take her to the er even though the nurse thought it would be ok?
