My Daughter Was 38 Weeks Pregnant With Her First Baby.

My daughter was 38 weeks pregnant with her first baby. She had an appointment with her doctor and she still felt movement approx. 2 hrs before the time. When the ultrasound was done, doctor noted no heart beat. He said it could be an umbilical cord blockage due to the child turning to fast un the womb. How often does this happen?
