My Daughter Was At A Party And A Fight Broke

My daughter was at a party and a fight broke out and she was in the wrong place and got punched straight in the face (nose area). She immediately put ice on it and has continued to do so all day today. Her right side of her face is swollen, her right eye is bruising underneath, her face is tingly and she has a headache. Is this normal after being hit in the face?
