My daughter was bitten by astray cat in dubai. They gave her anti tetanus and antibiotics at the public hospital. According to them there is no need to give her anti rabies vaccine since they don't have cases of rabies. Is it safe not to have the rabies vaccine? After 10 days she was bitten she got sore throat with phlegm, Is this has something to do with her cat bite? I am worried about her.
