My Daughter Was Diagnosed With Hasimitos But Her TSH Levels

My daughter was diagnosed with Hasimitos but her TSH levels are normal right now. They don't want to put her on thyroid medicine for a hypothyroid. She also had elevated liver enzymes. Her hair isn't growing and it's very dry and brittle. She's only 19 and used to have beautiful hair 3 yrs ago. Could the elevated liver enzymes be causing this and should she take milk thistle??
