My Daughter Was Diagnosed With Cellulitis After A Cyst Drainage.

My daughter was diagnosed with cellulitis after a cyst drainage. She has redness, warm skin and swelling. She's on cephlaxen every 6 hours. She is now describing pins and needles sensation under her eye. She's only had 4 doses of antibiotic. Is the new symptom a major concern or should I give the antibiotic more time?
