My Daughter Was Diagnosed With Mono 3 Weeks Ago And

My daughter was diagnosed with mono 3 weeks ago and yesterday had pain in her left shoulder. She thought she slept on it wrong. This morning again she complained of the shoulder pain but now says it is gone and has been since early afternoon. She does not have a fever and no other pain. Should I call doctor in the morning or take her to emergency room?
