My Daughter Was Given A Report Saying Her Pancreatic Parenchymal

My daughter was given a report saying her pancreatic parenchymal was diffusely abnormal and had decreased echogenicity heterogenous along with tense hyperechoic stranding and lobulation what does this mean. It also states that it was mildly torturous.
