My Daughter Was Given Steroids Earlier Today For Dermatitis. She

My daughter was given steroids earlier today for dermatitis. She is now saying she is having chest pains in the middle of her chest that feels like a knife stabbing and is feeling dizzy and can't tell how many fingers I am holding up. She tends to be over dramatic and I have a hard time telling real semptoms and have taken her to er many times falsely but don't want to ignore her for something serious. Are these symptoms from prednisone or allergic reaction.
