My Daughter Was In A Tornado 2 Years Ago And

My daughter was in a tornado 2 years ago and fractured her skull (in the middle of the forehead) and had a large cut to the back of the head that went all the way to the skull. Where she fractured her skull it is puffy and you can really notice it when she makes a face, but it is soft to the touch and not hard at all. She went in a year ago and had a cat scan and they said it was dried blood and would go away, but should it still be soft to the touch and still sticking out like a swollen insect bite?
