My Daughter Was Just Discharged From The Pediatric ICU. She

My daughter was just discharged from the pediatric ICU. She came in with neck pain, light fever , rash and hard time being mobile. After testing negative for bacterial meningitis, Lyme, RA, and various other infections we were told she had a virus. Can you give me any insight as to what it could be?
