My Daughter Was Moving A Heavy Piece Of Furniture And

My daughter was moving a heavy piece of furniture and she had it somehow pressed against the side of her head. She how has a HUGE lump on her mastoid bone. It is painful to touch and it hurts when she turns her head very far. This happened yesterday. Should I take her to to doctor?
