My Daughter Was Playing With Her Brothers And Hit Her

My daughter was playing with her brothers and hit her head. She said she can "smell blood", her neck hurts and she feels sick as if she needs to vomit. She said she feels like all of her energy is drained now. She is 24 and is reluctant to go to the hospital if it is a "minor". Can she possibly have a concussion? What should she do?
