My Daughter Was Sick For About 3 Days. She Had

My daughter was sick for about 3 days. She had sore throat, though not red. She had a mild fever (101.2 was the highest) and she was achy with headaches. 3 days later, she took zero meds other than OTC childrens ibuprofen and one Zofran for nausea. She is now eating and drinking regularly, no fever. But, yesterday she had a completely white tounge and a mild rash on her stomach and back (nowhere else). Today she has zero white on her tounge- but it’s red and has raised bumps (or taste buds). And the rash is still there but very mild and zero spreading. No headaches no sore throat, nothing- and we have stopped all meds as of yesterday morning. Is this something I should be concerned about?
