My Daughter Was Sleeping On A Sofa Bed And She

My daughter was sleeping on a sofa bed and she fell off and started crying and coughing like if she was going to throw up. She acted pretty normal throughout the day very playful and active. When I put her to sleep at night 20 minutes later she started coughing and then threw up all of her milk. Should I be worried?
