My daughter was suggested to take pseudoephedrine and ibuprofen for her symptoms, She also took some sleepy time tea with has Valerine root to help her rest. SHe said she felt like she was hallucinating like it wasn't her really in the bed sleeping but the characters in a TV show she watched just before getting into bed.
