My daughter went in to have 2 stents placed. The results were: no stents inserted because there was no blockage. Complications after: unable to keep food or water down, heart rate sometimes too fast and sometimes too slow. She is unable to feel the heart racing. There is a mass about the size of the fist at the site (groin) where angioplasty was begun. The doctor is baffled. The next thing to be done is similar to the procedure for amniocentesis. What does this mean?
