My Daughter Who Is 1 Was Bitten By My Mom's

My daughter who is 1 was bitten by my mom's dog in the face.. it is not deep but still a pretty good scrape. I know the dog is negative for rabies, and is up to date on all shots. We cleaned the wounds immediately with antibacterial soap and peroxide. We have been putting silvadene cream on it once in the morning and once before bed. Is this OK to do?
