My Daughter Who Is 11yrs Old..bought "Mexican Candy"at Our Local

My daughter who is 11yrs old..bought "Mexican Candy"at our local Water and Ice store and now appx 8 hours later is throwing up profusely and says she thinks she is throwing up blood...
What should I do besides let it out work itself out of her system and hydrate...
