My Daughter Who Is 2 Yr Old Is Suffering From

My daughter who is 2 yr old is suffering from constipation. Whenever she passes stool she has to put lot of pressure. Sometime she even cries. and the stool is really hard. She is taking fibre food like orange, papaya, daal, chapati but then also her problem is persistent. what to do?
