My Daughter Who Is 3.5 Yrs Old. She Is Having

My daughter who is 3.5 yrs old. She is having high fever around 103. Crocin DS was given for 2 times but was found ineffective. She has passed 2-3 green stools in a day. We have wet wipes which were not getting used in order to break high fever, and it worked like in most cases. Now what medication needs to be taken. Should we give her O2 or Roxid Or continue with Roxid or any other suggestions. Kind rgds
