My Daughter Who Just Turned 16 Play Volleyball, Yesterday She

My daughter who just turned 16 play Volleyball, yesterday she was at a tournament and was playing and she could not cool down she drank lots of water and Gatorade also had a cold wet towel she would wipe her face off with she was just over heating and getting irritable her face was a deep red. She is not on any medications and when she was done after about an hour she was back to normal, but this happens frequently when she plays.
