My Daughter Will Be 7year Old In March And She

My daughter will be 7year old in March and she is not able to write or I can say concentrate on the writing of her h.w or the tests in school....she can very well answer the questions orally but writing is an issue ....She is also unable to read the sentences on her own.....Pls tell me if she is suffering from some medical problem so that she does not go in depression as teachers write comments on her poor performance and i too am not able to understand how to help my child...pls reply back...
