My Daughter Woke Up Crying And Then I Can Feel

My daughter woke up crying and then I can feel her tummy rumblying and farting of the force she was doing like she was going to throw up but never did....and then was crying until I breastfed her and calmed down.....should I be worried?

She's been having high fevers but since last night she's been fine, but seemes to be having chills know....
And I can feel that her diaper is full of pee
