My Daughter,s Age 2 Years 5 Months. For The Last

My daughter,s age 2 years 5 months. For the last two days she is itching her nose and from today morning she has reddish eye, a bit puffy and she id rubbing her left eye frequently. no fever but not eating properly. I will be pleased if you give me an advice. thanks and regards. Tahmina
