My Daughters Doctor Said They Are Concerned About Her Height

My daughters doctor said they are concerned about her height and head circumference because they have dropped in percentile on the growth chart. They have Center for blood work but have not got the results back yet. The doctor didn't really explain the concern when I asked I have pictures of the growth chart could you help explain what concerns or might be?
