My Daughters Got Into My Ibuprofen 600s And I'm Not

My daughters got into my ibuprofen 600s and I'm not sure if one of them swallowed one or not. I've found them on the floor and the older daughter told me her younger sister got into them last night. She doesn't seem to be reacting to it in any way. But should I have her looked at?
