My Daughter's Left Side Of Her Neck Is Swollen (probably

My daughter's left side of her neck is swollen (probably her glands) and her face is slightly swollen on her left side. It is tender to the touch today, but was painful to her last night. Any thoughts as to what this could be? No fever and she feels a bit tired but overall okay.
