My Disc Protrusion Has Reoccured Now But On The Other

My disc protrusion has reoccured now but on the other side this time. But the doctor has just given me Diclofenac and Tramadol twice daily.
In the next visit he will get my MRI done.
I want to know what is earliest recovery method for disc protrusion .. Im on a day time job with lot of responsibilities on me.
